Welcome to the School of American Mah Jongg! By purchasing, accessing, or using our online courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course or downloading any material from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital content included in your course. This may include video lessons, downloadable files (eBooks, PDFs), Zoom session invitations, and/or recorded sessions. Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice, though any changes will not affect previously purchased content.
4. Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, images, and downloadable files, are the intellectual property of MahjCon and Debbie Barnett. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any course materials without express written permission.
6. Zoom Sessions
Your course may include live Zoom sessions. By participating, you agree to be respectful and professional. Disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind will result in removal from the session and possible loss of course access without refund.
7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology and internet connection required to access the course materials and participate in Zoom meetings. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end.
8. Modifications to the Course or Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of the course content or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Donations
A portion of each course purchase may be donated to Alzheimer's-related causes. These contributions are not tax-deductible by the purchaser and do not represent a charitable donation made in your name.
